Use the following checklist when ordering water well screens, casing, tailpipes and accessories to confirm the technical configuration, scope of supply and delivery requirements.
01Well construction and dimensions
Provide well depth, borehole diameter, casing program, section lengths and connections, with units. Include a well construction drawing where available, or a table of planned sections.
02Formation and slot-size basis
Provide formation descriptions, samples or sieve analysis, together with the gravel pack plan and slot-size requirements confirmed by the designer.
03Materials and operating conditions
State water quality, corrosion conditions, specified materials and standards. Identify requirements for stainless steel wire-wrapped screens, GRE slotted liners or other construction.
04Scope of supply and accessories
List quantities, connections and configurations for screens, casing, tailpipes, crossover subs, centralizers, float collars, float shoes, stage collars, drill bits and any other required accessories.
05Documents and delivery
Specify drawings, bills of materials, material certificates, inspection records, packaging identification and delivery sequence. Include transport limits and unloading conditions for long products.
Mark unresolved parameters as pending confirmation and submit them with the available information. Final design must be confirmed by the customer or a suitably qualified designer; the agreed list defines the scope of supply.
