Numerical requirements for slot opening, support structure, outside diameter, and tolerances are governed by the drawings, technical specifications, or order documents confirmed for the project.
What is checked during final inspection?
Final inspection confirms completed screens against the purchase order and acceptance documents. Depending on the project, the inspection may cover appearance, outside diameter, length, slot opening, straightness, connection type, end condition, product identification, and inspection records. During this visit, the customer examined screen surfaces and continuous slots at close range and reviewed the overall workmanship of multiple products.
Final inspection should connect with the preceding material and production records. If an order specifies sampling ratios, measurement locations, inspection tools, or acceptance criteria, these requirements should be agreed before manufacturing and included in the inspection plan. Export orders may also require confirmation of quantity, packaging, document language, shipping marks, and delivery identification before dispatch.
Customer recognition of the process and finished screens
