China's National Energy Administration reported crude oil output of 109.43 million tonnes and natural gas output of 133 billion cubic metres in the first half of 2026, both record highs for the period.

According to the National Energy Administration, crude oil output increased 1.3% year on year and natural gas output increased 5.8% in the first half of 2026. Continued production growth supports domestic energy security.

Production data alone is not an order forecast for any single equipment category. For oilfield equipment supply chains, project timing, equipment utilisation, replacement-part consumption and regional delivery requirements provide more practical signals.
