Metallic fluid end assembly and connection details

When ordering fluid ends for cementing pumps or frac pumps, distinguish complete assemblies, bodies, repair kits and individual components. Confirm specifications, quantities and supply boundaries for each item.

01Complete fluid end assemblies

Confirm the pump model, fluid end configuration, suction and discharge orientation, connections, and the valves, seals and accessories included. The confirmed bill of materials defines the scope.

02Fluid end bodies

For a body-only order, provide mounting dimensions, bore and connection details, materials, heat treatment and inspection requirements. A pump model alone does not establish the configuration.

03Valves, seats and associated components

Specify sizes, matching requirements, materials and quantities for valves, valve seats, valve inserts and springs. State whether individual parts or sets are required.

04Plungers, packing and seals

Provide dimensions, clamping or installation details, materials and operating conditions. Include existing-part photographs, markings, drawings or part numbers to support fit verification.

05Repair kits

List every required component, quantity and packaging arrangement. Kit contents must be confirmed for the specific pump model and configuration.

Final supply is based on agreed models, drawings, samples or bills of materials. Similar appearance does not establish that components are interchangeable.
