Provide the following equipment, product and delivery information when requesting fluid ends or components. A pump model may have different fluid end configurations; fit must be confirmed using drawings, part numbers or samples.
01Equipment identification
Provide the pump manufacturer, full model, fluid end configuration and nameplate, existing part numbers or assembly photographs. State any modifications or fluid end replacements.
02Products and quantities
Identify the required complete assembly, body, repair kit or individual components. List names, specifications and quantities for each item.
03Drawings and dimensions
Include drawing revisions and units. For existing parts without drawings, provide overall, end-face, connection and marking photographs, together with key dimensions.
04Technical and quality requirements
List materials, service fluids, pressure ratings, heat treatment, hardness, inspection, testing and delivery documents, with applicable standards and acceptance criteria.
05Delivery information
State destination, requested delivery date, packaging and partial-shipment requirements. Confirm inventory for the specific items before requesting shipment from the Houston warehouse.
You may submit the information currently available and identify items still to be confirmed. Final fit, scope of supply and delivery dates are subject to technical and commercial confirmation.
